I think they're giant pumps to pump that new 100,000 Ton capacity of specialty chemicals from the CCGY holding tanks to the tankers! :)

But seriously- CCGY made .08/share in 2008 on a capacity of 18,000 Tons of biodiesel and specialty chemical capacity.
What will they make in a recovering global economy with 5x that capacity?


THAT is why I see CCGY as among the most undervalued China micros right now- and they have a pretty sound balance sheet also.
