It seems to me that all those questions are covered both in the ibox and in the sticky posts. They are all there for those that want to discover those answers and yes this is a shell company with the owners have a great track record for producing winning companies.
All the info has been disclose and possibilities from the start and is speculative in nature as disclosed by all the info we have posted.
Those are also great questions to ask of comp[anies that are producing an income and I will be recomending one later this week.
