Seems to be an ongoing theme in many stocks. Saw one that opened a PayPall Acct for legal relief and BS posters are saying that they are donating large sums.

Looks like TECO took a play from the old PGPM play book. There should be a BS release on reserves on that property coming up. The same play took PGPM from under a penny to over .30 in a matter of days when the reserves PR came out. Looks like RB got smart and moved the BS to another state where the TRC does not exist and therefore you can say just about anything regarding oil & gas.
