Just talked to Delaware;

A/S still 500,000,000 with 10,000,000 Preferred. So far it is impossible for the church shares to fit into that share structure. Someone mentioned Form 144 here so my guess is that the chruch shares will change ratio to the Common (100 to 1, 1000 to 1) and become part of the Preferred under the normal restrictions of Preferred shares (length of time before tradeable, Form 144, written permission, etc.).

This is still assuming that it happens at all. Lastly, there is no designation for a grey market stock. PTRZ is on the grey market according to Pinksheets, FINRA, and the SEC;
