I transfered my IPWG shares from Scottrade to my Etrade account last Thursday; I got my IPWG shares in my Etrade account yesterday; I can buy/sell my IPWG shares; My Scottrade Broker said I could transfer my IPWG Shares; Scottrade can not hold them.

No Broker can keep your shares.
