Moby,

I don't want to see it passed either. But, what makes you think it won't and what's your take on why management is contacting retail shareholders this year and not last year?

Well, I think the options proposal is on the table for debate as shareholders might look at it as a way of spanking management for a "job not well done". But conversely, I think most shareholders see TYP's proposal as not a way of spanking management, but spanking themselves. It is not in my opinion a shareholder friendly proposal - long term shareholders anyway. I think most people realize that.

Also, even though options are an emotional issue if a r/s is effected, I believe the majority of shareholders will put their anger with management aside and eventually vote for the incentives which, in theory, are needed to keep the productive workers happy and attract more talent. In the end, I think the options are a necessary tool for company growth.

Don't know what to make of contacting investors this year. But, I've seen other companies do this before. Management's campaigning for what they've recommended/want. Btw, I was contacted last year, but haven't been this year.

Regards,

WH
