1) Do you understand that Capital is raised by offering Shares in A Company..

2) Most companies trade a Premium depending on Product Technology etc..

3) There are Products and Patents and Projects which suppliment the company..

4) There is also speculation for success which can shares to Rise and Fall for that matter.

5) If you feel the price should be .01 then put in a buy for it..
