Until WS responds, please see post by Jaxstraw at the top of the board about the Alliance. This is the most urgent thing.

Some of us have also sent letters to the Trustee and the Judge. I posted mine last night.

Some of us have also sent letters complaining about Kirkland and Ellis' performance and stating concerns that we expect a reasonable asset valuation to Chemtura's Board of Directors and to Investor Relations. see post at top of the board about this by Chemtura MultiMillionare.
