Recent PR's haven't pushed the pps into a higher range, and the Company has to take action now. Aquagold needs the money, and management has decided this is the best way to take the bull by the horns and be in charge of its own destiny.

We should see significant price appreciation after the Third Quarter financials come out, so a little patience is required at this point. The CEO said we should get a report about the NYC event of last weekend, so expect another PR soon. Soon, also, there should be an announcement of the time and place of a shareholders meeting that they said would take place in the fall. Hopefully, the website will also be updated with photo galleries in the near future.

If all of these things fall into place, and if the financials show improvement, we should see significant progress in terms of share price.
