Most people are waiting for news concerning the release of audited financials, TradeTable beta version testing and completion, and confirmation of NFA application. The NFA audit is a "so what" to me. ONCP has not applied to become an independent broker through NFA. ONCP is just seeing if they have everything needed for it. ONCP believes they do, but that does not mean the NFA will agree with them

Errol indicated that they will apply as an independent broker once the TradeTable software is done. That could take 1-3 months. Then another month for the NFA to review the application before ONCP MIGHT be accepted. Then ONCP needs to build a client base.

Overall, we have time. I expect some more delays with product development and NFA application getting approved.

I have turned very negative on this stock.
