N E O M, Thanks for the insights! I agree - This license agreement with Neustar is the most significant development since I have been in this stock starting Feb 2004. It is a huge vote of confidence by a "big gorilla" player. It also validates our I.P. / patents IMO. For the first time in a long time, I am actually starting to now feel like "Be Confident". I am looking forward to more developments during this Q4 2009...exciting times are ahead!
