I should have embellished a little more...The target date for the shares given and the sales of 5 mil or more for the bulb would have to happen on or before February 28th, 2010 or the agreement with Jason Ryu would be null and void. In order to continue in this manner or another, the agreement would have to be renewed.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.
