I'm long and holding because I really believe that these guys are solid and the acquisitions will produce nice gains. However, I certainly didn't expect to be sitting here through the buyback while the Company is selling shares out the backdoor. That's not good business. So if we end up with an O/S of 450 million and they buyback 20% then we are right back where we started. If they needed to sell shares to raise short term cash flow or clear shell debt, that's fine. As a business owner I understand the need for working capital. Until the O/S has stabilized, don't expect an increase in PPS. The chart has looked good for weeks but that doesn't even matter. Like someone said, It's an event driven stock. The only thing that will move this is acquisitions announcement.
