It's hard to hear exactly what he says because he's kind of rushing right there, but it sounds like he says

"Microsoft's hard at work at it with some great folks other...other companies that I could mention but I won't...that are also hard at work at it."

I took the word "with" to mean they are working with the other companies. I guess you could also interpret it as saying there are other companies hard at work at the same thing, too. Hard to say.

As someone else posted, it's probably a lot more relevant that he describes the exact nature of the indirect model as being the important difference.
