You're absolutely right.

I had a buy order at 0.032, it didnt fill. The ask dropped down to .31

I put in a buy order at 0.031, it didnt fill. The ask dropped down to .3

I put in a buy order at .03, it didn't fill. The price dropped down to 0.028

I have a buy order at 0.031, it's not being filled. Instead, orders are going through at 0.028

UHHH

Why would someone sell at 0.028 when I have an open buy order at 0.031? DO they not want money?
