it amazes me that spnge is the only co. that the sec is after? spnge is the only pink that might have released misleading pr's. (i am not so sure that they did) there are other companies that out and out lie.encs has the biggest liars on the pinks and no sec investigation. only after some shorting organization rleases a story that the ny post print(probably some collusion in play) but just mho.
