I'm betting Burns and the SFC is not gonna be real happy with that statement as it is completely misleading.

It indicates Grassley's office is agreeing that brokers and the DTCC have "fleeced" investors...truth is...the SFC is in complete accord with whatever position the DTCC has and is not taking a stance against any brokers.
