Broker TDAmeritrade has put MODC on their Restricted Stock List today.

Customers can sell their MODC shares but can no longer buy shares.

The reason that I was given is "failure to deliver shares for previous purchases".

I hope to find out more about this situation tomorrow when my TDA branch opens.
