Do you call that offering small just see trading pattern of this stock with just small volume this has wild swings,and this offering they have not informed as to the equity offered will have any lock in period if not certainly the equity might come into the market well every one when we hold a stock we always think postive but i think this could be a massive dilution compared to the size of the capital as the o/s is samll and naturally the if the offering is made to no one is going to by this stock at a premium it will be at a discount ot the market price when some one ia making investment,watch my word i am not discouraging this is the first sign of dilution coming in teh future possibly big way it might pop up or even they migh try to pull it up to .20 levels but after which isee many shares coming to the market and available at ease possibly
