am777, the reason you see citi trade that many shares a day with little price movement, is because of all the shares that have been added to float...citi was diluted big time...i know one day doesn't tell the story, but the past month or so the stock has barely moved...its going to take a lot more volume to get a big price movement when there's more shares outstanding...
