I literally CANNOT believe that these guys are still trying to say that they are in the process of finalizing the 10-K

HHAHAHAHHA IF THE 10-K WAS GOING TO COME OUT, IT ALREADY WOULD HAVE, THERE WOULDNT BE AN SEC INVESTIGATION, LOL, THIS IS WILD THAT THESE GUYS CAN CONTINUE TO PRETEND...

I dont even understand, at this point, if your money is in SPNGE is it GONE, VANISHED, YOUR DONE, ITS LIKE GETTING ROBBED...the stock will open at .01 if the company doesnt get delisted and shut down I dont understand what these guys are trying to do? Like hold off shareholdesr from hunting them down and kkilling them?!

LIKE what is the deal? what are they trying to prove with today's press release...SHAREHOLDERS MONEY IS GONE! THIS STOCK WILL NOT RESUME TRADING. ANYONE WHO DIDNT HEAD MY WARNING HAS LOST EVERYTHING. I TOLD YOU AT .14 AND .12 TO SELL EVERYTHING AND I CALLED EVERY MOVE THES EGUYS HAVE MADE SINCE, BESIDES THE SEC TRADING HALT, I CANT READ THE SEC AS WELL...BUT THE DELISTING BY FINRA WAS OBVIOUS. THERE IS NO 10-K COMINNG.
