I read it that way too. I think they are overwhelmed trying to get this thing together. I'm sure Robinson had a million questions and that there were in fact changes. Then the SEC starts demanding all the information that Robinson is using and someone got really frustrated with them while the share price tanked and the NY Post screamed.

That's my BET. No clue - but it just makes sense. The constant complaints, the popularity - SPNGE was/is a problem child.

But, I'm not so sure that everything isn't a little more put together than some think - and a little less than others.

Who knows.
