Yes. That is what happens when you are down 20 percent over 3 days.

If I were in this at sub penny, I too would be coasting along with no worries. But, for those of us in at a nickel and above... well, yes we are becoming concerned. Mind you, I know the risks... could lose it all here and not worry about eating and paying bills... however, the last 2 weeks have been hard.

Fish oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids, but the original source is algae, which are eaten by marine life such as copepods and are passed up the food chain.
