That was my first reaction also. However, I have been watching level II and I dont remember Equi selling that many shares on that day let alone in the last 2 months. Since I use Equitrade for about 1/2 of my trades lately, It concerns me when I see them on the ask at any time. With that in mind, Im pretty comfortable in stating that they didnt sell these shares. In fact, on that day, only 141,700 shares were sold the entire day. It would make sense to me that the documents were filed on one date and processed or approved on the latter. Just a guess.
Instead of reacting to a filing without knowing the facts for sure, Im going to see what I can find out. Equitrade will be getting a call first chance I can get, and if that doesnt get me anywhere, Diedre let me know that she would do her best to get my questions answered as soon as Tim is back on Monday. I dont plan on bugging Diedre much, but I believe that there have been a few developments that are worth letting shareholders know what is going on. If she can be a short term go between for Tim, Ill take it.
One more thing on this subject.... Dr V. no longer works at BSTI either and his comment was that he had no intention of selling his shares because he believes in the value of the company. If you have ever been in a position to let someone go from a company or were on the receiving end, that statement says a lot for both BSTI and for Dr V.
