Where did you get a year from. He backed out of the last 3 mill I read somewhere (will dig it up later). So we have till April Which IMO was fine, due to the fact it gives him time to not have to rush into any other deals right of the bat.

Genasense didn't due bad in it's other trial. They hit the PFS and just missed the OS correct? The miss was due to to many High LDH patients. So all they did was remove the fat and focused just on the meat. So unless AGENDA is a total flop It's gonna be hard to show a miss.
