20 years ? Yeah right ! Think "bird in the hand" vrs "bird in Nigerians hands " !!!!!

Isn't the "huge risk" involved in putting cash into someone elses hands in either an "asset sale" OR a "hold for cash flow strategy" blatently obvious to everyone at this point ?
