Today wasn't news AT ALL. Why does everybody think it was. We already new this from SC. I'am suprised it popped like it did. Woulda, Coulda, shoulda. So far we have had Zero new info from the company in months. I do think things will either go really good from here or very,very bad. If not grant then it all comes crahing down. Simple as that. If the Diammi's were going in we would have been told already. I now think that they are hoping for the grant and everything hinges on that. All or nothing now
