WHEN YOU BUY 5000 SHARES AT THESE LEVELS (0.02 CENTS) ITS THE SAME AS AN OPTION COST OF $100-200 WHICH COULD BE WORTH $5.00 PER SHARE ONCE UNDERWATER LOGGING STARTS
“HIMR” (pinksheets) is one of the biggest discoveries of my life and I believe it has the potential to explode. I believe “HIMR” upside potential from this level at $0.02 cents is astronomical undervalued, and this is one of the biggest opportunities of our lives!

COMPARISON TO MINING:
Underwater Logging is the same as mining a property with proven gold, silver, copper and base metals. The only difference is you cut these valuable hardwood trees underwater, bring them to the surface and cut the trees into the normal board feet of lumber, and sell the hardwood into the market.

The global market for industrial wood products (including wood and paper) is a $400 billion industry, according to From Forests to Floorboards: Trends in Industrial Roundwood Production and Consumption, a 2001 report from the World Resources Institute. As the world’s thirst for wood grows and the resulting deforestation contributes to a wide range of environmental problems, one enterprising group has gone to a surprising location to search for more sustainable wood supplies—under the water. A great amount of timber sank during log drives or was flooded during the construction of hydroelectric dams around the world. Although under water, the trees may be as good as new.

“HIMR” continuing with the Ghana and Brazilian Concessions, “HIMR” will also pursue the CSR deal: (Vancouver-based Clark Sustainable Resource Developments (CSRD) has secured a 25-year concession to extract the dead but valuable trees from a zone representing around 40 percent of Lake's Volta's total area.) The company has been awarded the logging rights to 40 per cent of the 850,000-hectare lake, which it describes as “the largest and most valuable underwater harvesting concession in the world.” It has promised 20 per cent of the harvest's net value to Ghana's government. After winning its environmental and social permits last November, the company is planning to begin commercial harvesting within the next 12 to 18 months.

GOLDMAN SACHS, $18-million in private investment to the project already, including a stake from Goldman Sachs, with a further $100-million likely to be invested over the course of the project.

HARDWOOD prices (Ghana-Underwater logging) Each of the submerged ebony, teak, mahogany and other tropical hardwood trees could be worth $1,500 to $2,500, their value preserved by the lack of oxygen in the lake water, and the total harvest could be worth up to $3-billion, a stake from Goldman Sachs, with a further $100-million, likely to be invested over the course of the project. It's believed to be the biggest underwater logging project in the world, using technology that many skeptics doubted could ever succeed.
ROBOTIC ARM, NASA ENGINEER TAKES UNDERWATER LOGGING TO THE NEXT LEVEL-vice president of “HIMR” is famous for the Robotic Arm in space.
