SKILLZ1, sorry if my comment was less than diplomatic.

IMHO, stockpiling QID while it continues to fall, is treating it like a low P/E stock that will eventually find its true value, and I think QID is better to buy after the market trend changes from up to down. In fact it seems that stockpiling QID is betting on a rather precipitous fall of the QQQs (tech stocks), which may eventually occur, or hitech stocks may eventually begin falling, but more slowly than you think. My major point is that it would be less of a gamble (lower risk) to buy QID as it is going up rather than buying more as it falls.
