Bobber, you basically just made my point for me.

The uplisting will take care of all this drama

That is the viewpoint that I have a problem with here. You ASSUME it will. We all ASSUMED that the mere mention of an effort to uplist would also have a positive impact, but it didn't.

Why?

Because if you have blind faith in Dennis, you were thrilled by that news.

However, people with SUBSTANTIAL amounts of money on the line look at that a little more critically. There are no details associated with it that support the idea that it will go up. THere is no date of record, there is no details around financials, there is no detail about the bonus shares (in fact Dale said it would most likely remain worthless UNLESS someone moved into the shell).

So to say

The uplisting will take care of all this drama

is the problem. Based off what? The only supporting evidence you have put out there for that is that only 1% of companies really do it in the pinks. So that MUST be good.

Let's be honest, they will still be OTCBB. They are trading up to NASDAQ, NYSE...

They still don't have any revenue, or any capital to support doing these things. Those are real business factors that many are ignoring. THAT is my big issue.

You can't make positive judgements based off facts you just don't have.

With the information we have now, we know they don't have the capital funds to do the things they have POTENTIAL for. THat is all this is. POTENTIAL is great. Now do something and show us that you are getting the capital to see that potential through.

They have not done that yet.
