LONDON, Oct 6 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) has agreed to buy Kosmos Energy's stake in the Jubilee field in Ghana, three sources close to the matter said on Tuesday.

Exxon declined comment and Kosmos was not available for comment.
The sources did not say how much Exxon would pay but anlaysts have previously said the stake could be worth up to $5 billion. (Reporting by Tom Bergin; Editing by Dan Lalor)
