My IPWG shares have been transfer from my Scottrade account; to my Etrade account; I started the process last Thursday; and today Etrade has received my IPWG shares; I will have control to Buy/Sell my IPWG shares in 1-2 business days; Scottrade can not hold anybodies IPWG shares; IPWG shares are Legal shares on the open market; to be bought/sold freely; the SEC did not halt IPWG trading. You can file a complaint to the SEC.
