WAMPQ Dividends are NOT cumulative (see below). With that said, I DO believe that JPM/FDIC should pay for any unpaid back dividends as a part of any settlement because they were suspended because of their actions.

Please Check these Links Out:
http://www.quantumonline.com/search.cfm
There is a link here from quantum directly to the prospectus.

From the Prospectus:
Page "S-4" defines "THE OFFERING"
Under Section "Dividends":
"Dividends on the Series R Preferred Stock will be non-cumulative. If for any reason our board of directors does not declare full cash dividends on the Series R Preferred Stock for a quarterly dividend period, we will have no obligation to pay any dividends for that period, whether or not our board of directors declares dividends on the Series R Preferred Stock for any subsequent dividend period.

And from Investopedia: Non-Cumulative:
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/noncumulative.asp?&viewed=1

Now... Can someone tell me why many people are STILL expecting over $77.50 per share in overdue dividends for this?

While I only hold over a hundred shares, I want $77.50 per,...but from the "literature", I do not see where anyone owes us back-divvys based on the prospectus.

I feel like I am beating a dead horse and that I forgot something,...but I just cannot find it.

Do we have a real basis to believe we will get any of the back dividends for our WAMPQ shares??

Thoughts?
