FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News), announces the formation of its latest wholly owned subsidiary, "Magnum Engineering International, Inc. (MEI)." Magnum also makes preparations for receiving tires and equipment at the Hudson, Colorado site.

The recent incorporation of Magnum's latest subsidiary, MEI, is meant to accommodate the recent barrage of inquiries from investors and companies wanting Magnum to provide engineering and facility design services. With this recent incorporation Magnum creates a well rounded and dynamic group. MEI will serve as the engineering arm of the Magnum group of companies and will be involved in all design and engineering aspects. MEI will also offer services and solutions to third parties.

Magnum President and CEO, Joseph Glusic stated, "This is yet another step forward for Magnum that will satisfy a market that we have been neglecting until recently due to our focus on our own facilities. This has been in the works for quite some time, and we have now accumulated all the necessary elements and the technical expertise to move forward. It also gives us the structure needed to accommodate further acquisitions and joint projects throughout the world. As we continue to develop new relationships, our corporate structure will evolve to accommodate these ventures. The role of MEI and its importance will become clearer in the coming few weeks as we complete and announce some of the very important tasks at hand. I am very excited with the most recent events and am looking forward to our upcoming media campaign that will inform the world of just who Magnum is and what we are capable of producing."

Magnum is also please to announce final preparations are under way at the Hudson, Colorado site to accommodate the initial delivery of processing equipment and the acceptance of tires.

Bryan Brammer, Chief Operating Officer of Magnum USA stated, "We have been working tirelessly since our official ownership took place to bring the site up to the standard we expect at Magnum.
