If they are considering filing a ch 11 bky, they are not talking to any of the bankruptcy firms in Utah. You have MAYBE three law firms in Utah that could handle that big of a chapter 11 and CPRK is not a client of any of those. My law firm has been in contact with the foreclosing attorney's office since the original sale date and the answer regarding the foreclosure has changed. It has always been postponed and open just in case someone with a higher priority wanted to wipe their mortgage off the property. Now, the answer has changed to it looks like it has been resolved. BIG difference!! Can't wait for this one to take off!!
