Nice find basserdan! I also heard Representative David Miller (Wyoming congressman) mention the Rattlesnake gold find. He called it the Rattlesnake Project (not sure that he ever said Evolving) and he was quoted as follows:

"There is anywhere from 2 million to 10 million ounces of gold. The old-timers missed it" State Rep. David Miller

He also mentioned that 10 million ounces of gold would be worth $10 billion. He talked about 400-500 jobs for the next 20-30 years and of course the revenue stream.

I guess he said this at a local economic and community development meeting. The Wyoming community is buzzing. If I can find this speech I'll post it.
