You are correct on many levels; and yes, I am an attorney. You're right, the facts control and while I'm sure there has been a good bit of puffery on both sides, if things are truly as they appear then it is a sad situation inddeed. I have personally spoken to several folks who invested in this with their respective hearts and wallets and while I'm certainly out my share of dough, my anger/frustration is nothing compared to some with whom I've spoken who have been in on this from the get-go and had really high hopes...maybe a miracle will happen, but that would truly be the exception.
