Seems like SPNG might have crossed a "finish line" of sorts, but presumably not the one you were hoping for.

I still have friends and relatives in this who wouldn't listen when I put out sell recommendations starting around 14 cents...

This could have easily been a $100mm market cap company with RM shares getting retired, a 100mm O/S, a less aggressive ad budget, Spongebob hitting stores, no GFGU-type boondoggles, transparent management, and everything legit (no back-channel BS, no mgt lies, etc).

OK, maybe less $$ for RM and maybe somewhat slower growth, but honestly embracing *fiduciary responsibility* would have resulted in a very nice little company with a PPS of $1. What a shame that it now appears management chose to head in a different direction.
