I tell everyone what they should know so that they're investing smarter and not just listening to the handful of posters who only repeat "a reversal is near" or "it's a 75 bagger" ......

My comments are not negative. They are the truth.

- All that is known about Luiten since he left INEOS 3 years ago is that he's got ZENG, but his other ventures have been with two penny stocks ENCS and BLDV which have done nothing. Not even his old connections have shown thru. Why would a man who had ties to major fuel companies have to resort to playing around with ENCS and BLDV?

- IR has changed the CE removal timelines 3 or 4 times now. As per posters like yourself, this was going to be removed in September, but of course you've re-molded your stories to fit IR's.

- They can release PR's if they want to but refuse to.

- Major investors will not invest at this PPS. That is why we need Luiten to release PR's so that when the CE is removed, it will attract them.

- No known financing has been arranged and no known acquisitions have been made

- All that is known about this company is when it was formed, when the ticker was changed, and Luiten's resume.

- Luiten and the handful of employees in this company have no salaries. They are paid in shares.

- ZENG was moved DOWN from a STOP with the Pinks to a CE
