okay, so I'm going to keep posting...
I have done some more research and I am now optimistic all has not been lost.
I admit - I have been "preparing for the worst" all this morning. I'm sure most of you know, I'm just a candid poster that showed up one day and a few months later asked to be a assistant here.
Anyhow, this suspension comes 10 days before the 10K is due. It seems more than logical to me that the SEC waited to time the end of the suspension with the deadline of the 10K.
The reason is, SPNG would most likely not start trading again without that filing - but as long as a market maker is willing to post a bid/ask for SPNG, then it will resume trading as normal - so long as the FINRA has approved the filings and SPNG is up-to-date.
I am confident that they wanted to issue this suspension earlier to minimize losses to shareholders while these issues are resolved - but as I explained before, that would be damaging to open without the K.
So, yes, in fact, hell yes, I'll say that there's a great opportunity of this thing returning back to normal.
Yeah, the office is open. Yeah, it looks legit. Yeah, they're at the super bowl, yeah I can buy the products. Yeah I think the 3 companies exist, yeah I think the NY Post is going to find itself in a lot of trouble and yeah z4 - I think you're DEAD WRONG about the opportunity left in this stock.
Is it a scam.
