I have been trying to find the answer to that and have found nowhere a definitive answer to whether or not we will get de-listed as some here propose. The issues they have with the de-listing is outside of the investigation and is being appealed before the 16th. In fact I saw one company that was suspended and trading resumes on the 7th of oct the company is LFXG. If the audits are completed and verified, and they are on time and appealed, we stay on the OTCBB! We will no doubt take a hit to the sp, it all depends though we need that 10k!
