"All assertions of a personal kind are considered criminal according to Tort law and subject to civil penalties ie use of that persons name." Man, I'm going to see about getting a refund from my Tort Law professor - he didn't teach it to me that way. Of course it's my fault too since I've been licensed for over 12 years now and still haven't grasped it that way, either. :)
