His math is really flawed or he has a complete misunderstanding of what he is looking at. The company may have taken that much using some strange formula from the share holders pre R/S as they took many shares and had none. The fact of the matter is the Company has an A/S of 500 million shares and I do not trust the O/S as we can not confirm it with the TA. So lets go with 9 million that still leaves the company 490 million shares to dilute with.
