It tells us that there is not enough shares on Ask for you to be filled.

This morning the MMs ran it down to 18, they picked up a few,
then it jumped immediately to Bid of 22
and suddenly there were a few shares from 22-23

The company is not selling shares on the open market (no insiders are).
Obviously, the MMs don't have shares ........
Thare is NO overhead ..... this is a BRAND NEW BABY on the market ..... !

That's why the ones who want to sell should place their sell orders at Ask.
The trading would be slower, but they could get more money and wouldn't kill the uptrend.

currently 14.280 million have traded, 23 x 24, last 24 = LOW float !
