Bad news, IMO. No grants and no big Pharma deals in the near future is what this spells. Lets see what honey deal was given and look for a huge drop in share price to match what I expect to be poor terms.
All the for purpose of keeping the Seymour and gang living high off you and me.

Now this pig of a company are going to have too many shares outstanding and look for a reverse split, IMO
