GG: 1. spng has scientists, many of the 80 them who worked for Dicon are scientists. Lots of scientists.

2. Fuirther, spng made, pursuant to the 8/31 SEC expension filing, 50m in revenues -- and that is with only 7 items on the market. Dicon's acquisition brings another 40 products to the market.

3. SpongBoySquarePants spong will not show up in '09 figures. Neither will Pink Panther. Neither will Dora the Explorer. Neither will the mecial sponge it has bgeen selling the past few months. Neither with the revenue from the 40 Dicon related products. Neither will the sales from Sears Canada. Neither will the many items that are planned for sale in 2010.

4. Further, what will not show up in 2009 reults are revenue from sales to Costo, BJs, CVS, Walgreens, Ace Hardwares, Pet Smert,PetCo., that stain remover pen, QVC, HSN, that recent food/fed company, sa;es from Military Website, and all of the other retailers which carry spng products -- list goes on and on..

5. All of the above sources of revenue of will show up in the 2010 FY. For the tune of projected of $280m. And you are saying that the company is not showing any growth. I think you had better have an understnding of what has happened to the company, except the pps (caused by the NSS).

6. The company's growth is staring you in the face. Remember the technology is the "delivery system", not the sponges. The fundamenalts with this HIGH GROWTH COMPANY are excllent, and the pps will eventually reflect this gorwth.

That said, GLTY. Spino
