There are 7 Proposals to vote in favor for the IPWG.
But 2 in 7 I really dont like it much.
1st they got the financial 375 M ( Why they need to dilute up to 10 B share.Hope they not Dilute and RS again and again.)
2nd why they wanna move the company to Nevada.( most of invester know all the pink sheet crook heaven is in Nevada.)
JMHO, need more good idea in this board.
