because that is the intended OS structure of the company, when it officially becomes Envirotek...its still officially iN Control(INCL) as far at the SEC and FINRA are concerned...

The Nev. Sec of State is the incorporated state, but that has nothing to do with the current status...they intend to either REDUCE the shares to that number as we have stated here many times by doing a RS or they will amend that Nevada numbers to reflect what the current share structure is now...1.2 billion...
