Any info on correct O/s as per the 13 D filed on sep 1 i give below a paragraph which shows that the owner holds around 30.9% of the outstanding shares 32,316,816 which is high as what i have read from the posts here,am i right guys need your info on this

(a) In the aggregate, the Reporting Person beneficially owns, as of
August 31, 2009, 10,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock, representing
approximately 30.9% of such class of securities. This percentage of beneficial
ownership is based on a total of 32,316,856 shares of the Common Stock
outstanding as of August 31, 2009.
