Perhaps I should clarify my post... This is his 6th co he has taken public and brought all of them public at $1 through reverse mergers. 1 of them he sold at $35/share. 2 others have been in the mid $20's. Another 1 topped out at $4 and the worst one went bust. The current co went public 4 mo's ago. There is a 500k share float and all they have is a product, financing, and the right people to get them through the door to advance their recent cause. They still need to put it all together and close. The shares do not trade that much, maybe 1-2 trades per week. The stock went public at $1 and has already been as high as $3.50. It currently trades at $2. Because his operation is being operated on a small scale and his business is ramping up, the share price is not important to him or those providing financing to him because there is a much bigger picture involved. That said, he's not diluting the shares to obtain the financing and refuses to make a market in the shares until the business has an established ground for his company to walk on. Not all companies have the same strategy to grow. The CEO is sharp as an arrow and knows how to talk but he doesn't want to spend 15-20 minutes of his day, multiple times per day talking to individuals who are interested in investing or have already invested $1-5k in his co. He wants to talk to those who are ready to throw up $100k+ and not freak out when the stock has the daily swings. These people look to invest for a period of 1-5 years not 1-5 days. It allows him to focus his company and whats best for the company not the financial insecurity of the retail investor. His company isn't mature enough for that yet.

I hope this answers your question. It certainly sounds like OWVI is too busy handling relationship building and contract negotiations then to deal with us which is fine but if they're willing to dilute the shares to obtain financing then I do agree they should be willing to talk to us. These are just my thoughts and whether OWVI is stand up and legit is a valid question as with any pink sheet listed stock. You play these stocks you are pretty much at the casino with better odds and a lot more time!!!

Good Luck...
